Instead of the usual reporting overviews such as department, division or business unit, iNostix constructs risk heat maps based on the risk profiles of automatically generated employee clusters. This could be a gender group, a salary group (within a certain, non-company specific salary bandwidth), a tenure cluster, a performance cluster, etc. The risk information from such a heat map creates an enormous advantage versus the usual approach within HRIS or reporting software. It combines both the risk assessment as well as the clustering/classification of specific (and often unrelated) target groups for retention campaigns. Such a clustering exercise has also tremendous value to assess the turnover of critical talent groups within the context of strategic workforce planning.
